The specialists will also discuss their current local clinical recommendations for COVID-19, infection control measures, hospital management, and other practices.

“The DOH is excited to hear from our Israeli delegates the learnings and experiences they have gained from their battle against COVID-19. We are looking forward to building upon our partnership, our efforts in one accord, for our mutual desire to save lives, and promote better health outcomes for Filipinos,” said Health Secretary Francisco T. Duque III.

The Israeli delegates would also submit their ideas for improving the clinical care of COVID-19 patients in Israel.

“This visit by Israeli delegates is an excellent opportunity to learn from Israel’s best practices in the clinical care of COVID-19 patients.
Of course, we’d want to share some of our best practices for clinical care of COVID-19 with our visitors.
These encounters are critical if we are to defeat COVID-19.
We must remember that none of us are secure until all of us are safe,” stated Leopold Vega, Undersecretary of Health and Treatment Czar.

The national government places a high priority on building and deepening partnerships with other nations and professionals from across the world in order to improve the country’s COVID-19 response.
