NGO helps raise awarenes on the risks of alcohol and drugs


The KELY Support Group takes part in the annual Hong Kong’s Rugby Sevens as they raise awareness about the risks of alcohol and drugs.

Established in 1991, KELY is a non-profit organization that focuses on peer support, leadership development, mentorships to youth who come from socio-economic backgrounds whether they are Chinese-speaking, ethnic groups to non-Chinese speaking youth from various socio-economic backgrounds.

According to its 2015 annual report, KELY has reached about 40,000 participants across Hong Kong schools. Their programs are interactive and engaging, and constantly adapting to the changing of times.
