On 23 June 2021, the Presidential Communications Operations Office, through the Office of the Global Media and Public Affairs (OGMPA), in collaboration with the Office of the Presidential Assistant on Foreign Affairs, Department of Foreign Affairs (DFA), and the Philippine Embassy in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, will host a new episode of “The Virtual Presser” on the Kalinga at Malasakit: The Duterte Administration’s Agenda for OFWs in the Middle East, particularly in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
PAFA Robert E.A. Borje, DFA Undersecretary Sarah Lou Y. Arriola, and Ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Adnan V. Alonto will talk about the endeavors, programs, and assistance of the Duterte Administration in upholding migrant rights for our overseas Filipino workers in the kingdom and in the region.
The Virtual Presser, launched by the OGMPA in April 2019, is PCOO’s interactive online video platform to engage with the international and local media, including foreign audiences. OGMPA is tasked to connect government policymakers with the media and promote the Philippine government’s priority policy messages
